Liability Limits

Vip2cuci and its associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors beyond our control, or unfavourable game outcomes.

In cases where vip2cuci's liability is acknowledged, the maximum compensation is limited to the value of the user's most recent deposit made within 30 days prior to the incident. This provision does not affect user rights under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

Account Termination

You may close your vip2cuci account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure any remaining credit balance has been withdrawn — balances left after account closure will not be claimable after 90 days.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account unilaterally if there is a breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or any other reason deemed reasonable by management.
